The bedroom has a 2KW wall mounted convector operating on cheap rate electricity which may be controlled manually, by thermostat or by time clock according to individual preference. The bathroom is heated by a wall mounted fan heater and heated towel rail.
Again using cheap rate electricity, a manual boost to the water heater is possible at any time of day. The cottage is fully insulated and we are usually too warm rather than cold (even in the depths of winter).All electricity to be paid for at cost from meter readings after deduction of free allowance of £15 per week or £5 per short break Logs for fire included.
